BAR/D UP Melbourne created a stunning martini recipe using BABY Pink Gin and Cocchi Rosa aperitivo

"It may be the first day of winter but we wanted to brighten up a very grey day with something exquisitely pretty and pink. We took:

- 60ml of BABY Pink Gin
-15ml of bittersweet red wine based Cocchi Rosa aperitivo 
- Stirred down over ice with dried rose petals
- Strained into a martini glass
- Garnished with a fresh rosemary sprig, we sprinkled over a few more rose petals for good measure.

A celebration of delicate floral notes, this mesmerising martini is sure to start your week with a smile."
