Elderflower & Rose Gimlet | Created by The Aussie Bartender
The Aussie Bartender, Paul Broadby, created this deliciously sweet Elderflower Gimlet using BABY Pink Gin.
60ml BABY Pink Gin (2oz)
45ml @stgermainuk Elderflower liqueur (1.5oz)
30ml Fresh lime juice (1oz)
15ml Simple syrup (.5oz)
60ml Lemonade (2oz)
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker (minus lemonade)
2. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds.
3. Double strain over a large cube of ice in a DOF glass and too with lemonade.
4. Garnish with seasonal pink flour bud.
