Elderflower & Rose Gimlet | Created by The Aussie Bartender

The Aussie Bartender, Paul Broadby, created this deliciously sweet Elderflower Gimlet using BABY Pink Gin.

INGREDIENTS

60ml BABY Pink Gin (2oz)⁣⁣
45ml @stgermainuk Elderflower liqueur (1.5oz)⁣⁣
30ml Fresh lime juice (1oz)⁣⁣
15ml Simple syrup (.5oz)⁣⁣
60ml Lemonade (2oz)⁣⁣
Ice⁣⁣
⁣⁣
METHOD⁣⁣
⁣⁣
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker (minus lemonade)⁣⁣
2. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds. ⁣⁣
3. Double strain over a large cube of ice in a DOF glass and too with lemonade. ⁣⁣
4. Garnish with seasonal pink flour bud. ⁣⁣
